Well, shoot. We all have our own bogeymen to deal with. I love it that "their bewildered eyes met" and they were able to vanquish two bogeymen at one time. Sweet.

Thought I'd have a go at a boogeyman themed meet-cute - thanks Sharron

Confronting the unknown often leads to positive outcomes. Now they can hunt boogeymen together. An unexpected ending. Thanks for sharing this endearing tale CJ.

Thanks KC, sets it up nicely for the sequel - the boogeyman is back, and this time he means business ;)

I read it - great twist, I find it way more satisfying when I can work a big twist in at the end. It can be really surprising sometimes just how much tighter everything gets once you whittle it down to the bare bones - more concentrated - it kinda conditions my brain too for any longer form work I do in the week.

You got me thinking about lyricism and phonemes a lot more deeply, so maybe we're even - we're all standing on the shoulders of giants anyways - good example though of the kind of cross-pollination that is so readily occurrent on this platform. Flash definitely seems to be a growing medium, excited to see what you produce next man!
